is a singer of traditional Korean gugak;Mihn-Yoh 민요 (民謠). ==Career== So-hee began performing gugak at the age of five. She won the National Sijo Contest in 2004, and in 2008, the grand prize on "The National Singing Contest," (a KBS show) in 2008. She specializes in ''Mihn-yoh'' 민요 (民謠), old folk songs of the Korean working class. Her parents do not come from a musical background; while she was a child they both worked in restaurants for a living and her dad took a second job delivering newspapers early in the morning to fund her singing lessons, which she began at age five. 〔https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NavbElAYeCA〕 It is said that when she requested her parents' help in obtaining singing lessons, her parents listened and recognized her singing vocal talent. Song So-hee is a singer born with innate talent, given that no one in her family has musical background. She hopes for a future where there are more ''Mihn-yoh''-based talent shows for all viewers and participants across the Korean Peninsula and abroad. ''Mihn-yoh'' is special because the lyrics have been passed down for generations from the working class of Korea, and it is considered to be the voice of the people. 〔(Song So-hee on Korea.net )〕 In 2010, the government chose her as "Best Korean of the Year", a yearly award for someone who has graced and enriched the nation. So-hee sang the folk song "Arirang" at the March 10 closing ceremony of the 2014 Sochi Winter Paralympics. On July 26, 2014 So-hee won first place on the installment of 'Immortal Song 2'. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Song So-hee」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
